Cancelling

Leave
when you want.

No notice period, no exit interview, no one trying to talk you out of it. Cancel it yourself in about a minute — we text a code to your number to check it is you, and nothing stops until you confirm.

You keep the days you already paid for.

01   What stops

The calls stop at the end of the period you have paid for, not the moment you ask. If you cancel on the 3rd and you are paid through the 30th, Clockwork keeps calling and texting you until the 30th. You are not cut off for cancelling.

02   What happens to your check-in ID

It is deleted when your last paid day passes. Not archived, not held in case you come back. If you return later, you enter it again.

03   What happens to the rest

Recordings and transcripts of your calls are deleted 30 days after your last paid day. We keep them that long only so we can answer a question about what a line actually said if you or we need to check. See Privacy.

04   Refunds

We do not refund part of a month, because you keep the service for all of it. If something went wrong on our end and you paid for mornings that did not work, email us and we will make it right.

The part that matters

Cancelling Clockwork does not cancel your obligation.

The day the calls stop is the day you go back to calling the line yourself, every morning, inside your window. Nothing about ending your subscription changes what you are required to do.
