Cordant check-in

Your Cordant line,
called for you.

If your program tests through Cordant Health Solutions, you likely call a line every day, key in an ID, and listen for whether you test. Clockwork can make that call each morning and text you what the line said, word for word.

How a Cordant check-in works

One call, every day.

01

An ID and a daily call

Your program gives you an ID number and a line to call each day, often including weekends and holidays. Some programs call it the UA line or the call-in line.

02

A recording with the answer

You key in your ID, and a recording tells you whether you are required to test that day.

03

Hours set by your line

Each line keeps its own hours. The Cordant line we call answers from 1 a.m. until 9 a.m. local time. One county program in Washington publishes hours of 5:00 a.m. to 3:59 p.m. Your program’s instructions are the ones to follow.

Often everyone on a program calls the same number, so getting through can take a few tries.

What Clockwork does

Set it up once.

01

You give it three things

Your mobile number, your Cordant ID, and your timezone. You enter the ID a single time and never type it again. It is stored encrypted.

02

It calls inside your hours

Every morning it dials your line, waits through the menu, keys in your ID, and records what the line says back. It calls twice, dialling again as many times as it takes, and both calls have to hear the same thing before it tells you anything.

03

You get one text

The text quotes the recording word for word, right beside the answer. When the answer is anything less than certain, the text says so plainly and points you to the line so you can confirm it yourself.

Which Cordant lines

We call the lines
we have mapped.

Cordant runs separate lines for separate programs, each with its own number, menu, and hours. We map a line by calling it ourselves and testing the whole sequence before anyone on it is switched on. One Cordant line is mapped today.

At setup, enter the number you call. If it is a line we call, you can start right away. If it is not one yet, tell us about it and we will text you if we add it. Nothing is charged.

Questions

Before you start.

Can a service make my Cordant call for me?

Clockwork places the call, keys in your ID, and texts you what the recording said. Your program sets its own rules about checking in, so if its instructions say you must call yourself, follow them. Clockwork does not change, satisfy, or delay anything you are required to do. If the line says test, you still have to go test.

What happens to my ID?

It is encrypted, with the key kept outside the database. It never appears in your daily text, on any screen you can reach, or in any email we send, and it is deleted when your last paid day passes. Everything we hold is listed on one page.

What if the recording is hard to make out?

You still get a text. It says the answer is not certain and points you to the line so you can check it yourself.

What does it cost?

$1.35 a day billed monthly, or $2.00 a day billed daily. Exact amounts and dates are shown before you pay. See pricing.

Clockwork is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Cordant Health Solutions or any court or supervising agency. Cordant is named on this page only to describe the line we call.
